Opened in 1954 and designed by Morris Lapidus, it was the most luxurious hotel on Miami Beach, and is thought to be the most significant building of Lapidus' career.


The Talent Acquisition Manager will work closely with the Director of Talent Acquisition to source, recruit, screen and interview internal/external candidates for positions within Fontainebleau Miami Beach. This position will use innovative methods to recruit highly qualified candidates and will provide recommendations on where to source and attract candidates for hard to fill positions.

Examples of Duties, includes but is not limited to the following: 
  • Partner with Director of Talent Acquisition to identify and engage with passive candidates in creative ways.
  • Provides a high level of customer service in consulting with and guiding hiring managers to address comprehensive recruitment and staffing issues, policies, and processes.
  • Develop recruitment strategies to achieve required staffing levels for assigned requisitions.
  • Serve as a Brand Ambassador at all recruitment events including College & University recruitment events.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with college, university, community, and trade school career placement offices as a source to generate qualified candidates.
  • Execute internal hiring events to attract talent and enhance brand recoginition.
  • Participate in job-related community relations activities.
  • Attend job/career fairs with Hiring Managers to generate qualified applicants.
  • Remain current in recruiting trends and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness in the recruiting life cycle.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking software database on iCIMS.
  • Maintain Talent Acquisition reports (Weekly Open Position Reports and Aging Reports, etc.).
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.


  • Knowledge of federal and state laws and requlations relating to recruitment and employment.
  • Experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager. Recruiting Manager, Recruiting Coordinator, or High Volume Staffing Recruitment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff and applicants.
  • Well organized and demonstrated strong problem solving skills.
  • Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to work interdependently.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently
  • Experience with iCIMS highly desirable.
