The Director of Accounting and Financial Reporting will function as the property's strategic financial business leader.
Knowledge of accounting concepts, practices, and objectives.
Current knowledge with regulations at the federal, state, and local levels.
Keep abreast of financial and accounting principles to include reporting and GAAP disclosure (CPA or MBA a plus).
Ability to read, write, and understand English.
