Responsibilities

The Condo Recreation Attendant is responsible for ensuring a clean, safe and fun environment for guests and owners at the Tresor & Sorrento Pools. You will provide excellent customer service to our guests and owners as well as help to maintain the appearance of the hotel.

 
Examples of Duties, includes but is not limited to the following: 
  1. Set up and organize workstation with designated supplies, forms, and resource materials. Clean and organize pool deck + furniture throughout both the Tresor (7th fl) and Sorrento (5th fl) pool areas
  2. Monitor use of the facility and address and/or report potential hazards in the pools or on the pool decks.
  3. Maintain equipment including, but not limited to, umbrellas, work stations, towel bins, speakers, rafts, pool toys, chairs, day beds, etc.
  4. Assist management with maintenance needs on work orders and submittals. Ensure all opportunities are reported and acted upon in a timely manner.
  5. Respond to guest inquiries and service issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
  6. Provide guest with information regarding hotel and local area amenities.
  7. Perform other related duties as assigned by Condo Hotel Operations team
  8. Perform closing duties at each pool scape at the designated closing time. This includes, but is not limited to; trash pick up, cleaning of furniture and pool deck, cleaning of work stations, inspection of landscaping, covering of furniture and removal of necessary objects from the poolscape, any designated task assigned by department leaders.
  9. When needed, assist the Owner Services Concierge team with related tasks within the Condo Towers.  

Qualifications

  • Ability to communicate effectively and establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, managament and guests. 
  • Previous experience as attendant, front desk and any other customer service related experience preferred.
  • High school education or equivalent preferred.
