Responsibilities

The Restaurant Sales Manager is responsible to create, develop, and implements a sales growth plan for each of our restuarants. The Director of Restaurant Sales will also be responsible for the overall management of the Restaurant Sales Department.
 
Examples of Duties, includes but is not limited to the following: 
  1. Oversee the coordination and successful execution of all programs/services contracted through the Restaurant Sales department.  Rectify any deficiencies with respective operational departments.
  2. Will generate revenue for the restaurants through direct sales, direct mail, and other sales and marketing efforts.
  3. Will identify key markets and develop key relationships to generate sales.
  4. Will be able to accurately describe what each restaurant has to offer (availability, general layout, capacities, appearance, understand and be able to provide menu details, etc.).
  5. Build and foster relationships with partners, managing the end-to-end sales cycle and attending conferences and events to grow sales
  6. Ensure compliance with Company and departmental rules, policies, and procedures.
  7. Prepare and oversee the department's financial goals.

Qualifications

  • The ideal candidate would be highly motivated, organized, enjoy leading and developing Team Members and interacting with guests.
  • Must be able to travel for client visits/appointments.
  • The ideal candidate will have a high degree of attention to detail, organization skills, communication skills and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. 
  • Able to multi-task.
  • Bachelor's degree or combination of four years relevant education and experience required.
  • 2 years of luxury resort hotel/restaurant sales preferred.
  • Food and Beverage operational experience preferred.
